Responsibilities:

• Deliver a program of anti-counterfeiting actions in the Asia region on behalf of Watches & Jewelry brands belonging to the LVMH Group (with a focus on the markets of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia)
• Manage this program through coordination with trusted external investigators, closely monitor all activities, and regularly measure and report on performance
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders including our Paris team, as well as local business partners regarding product and distribution information
• Engage with external stakeholders such as law enforcement agencies and outside counsel to prepare documents in support of enforcement actions
• Source and maintain product and supply chain information to enable appropriate training to our internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise enforcement actions, and ensure related evidence collection
• Coordinate the review of legal documents, including drafting product authentication documents for law enforcement agencies across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with the preparation, legalization and notarisation of legal documents
• Manage the planning and execution of an approved operational budget 
• Support the Regional Brand Protection Director in the execution of the broader strategy within the Asia Pacific region
• Conduct other tasks related to Intellectual Property protection as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of Intellectual Property experience gained either in a law firm or in-house, with exposure to the luxury sector (preferably in Watches & Jewelry)
• Sound understanding of relevant IP laws and regulations in Hong Kong, and the broader region, including familiarity with the requirements and preparation of relevant legal documentation
• High degree of integrity and attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team, as well as independently
• Excellent communication and research skills
• Fluent written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Travel required: ~30%
