Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of bilingual communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentation, executive briefing books, advertorials, annual reports etc.;
  • Coordinate and provide support to promote corporate relations with external parties and stakeholders;
  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company's mission and achievements through multiple communication channels;
  • Organise media events, including media luncheons, briefing sessions and press conferences;
  • Handle media enquiries; maintain good relationship with the media to maximize positive coverage for the Company;
  • Assist in other PR assignments as required;
  • Clerical support for team budget and media resources management;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Creative Writing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3-years solid experience in corporate communications, public affairs, copywriting and translation preferred;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external parties at all levels;
  • Detail-minded with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Multitasking abilities and capability to meet tight deadline

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
