Job Overview:

This position will be responsible for leadership and overall management of a fast growing, global Aesthetic product line. This position will work with a range of stakeholders to lead product roadmaps & developments, marketing plans, product position, pricing, & promotional plans associated with the responsible product line. As a Product Line Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Customers, Design team, Sales Team, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance and manufacturing. Overall, this position is responsible for the growth and profitability of a key Bemis product line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute on overall strategy for associated product line. 
• Develop and own the Product Roadmap for the associated product line(s) which in turn determine product development priorities.
• Develop & update annual market reports of the product line including sections such as Overall Market, Market share, Competitor analysis, trends, SWOT, Consumer insights.
• Support & participate in product development process, based on product requirements, market/ customer needs, margin targets and calendar timelines.
• Manage commercialization for new products within the product line. Lead bi-annual product launches to communicate product rules, pricing, selling proposition, technical details, strategy and stories to drive key initiatives and ultimately grow the business for the product line.
• Support Sales team as needed on new product trainings, refreshers, and when applicable, executing on large sales opportunities.
• Manage entire product lifecycle process for products within the associated product line. From Concept to commercialization to transition to end of life.
• Provide robust post launch analysis including: performance Vs Plan, tracking new product growth and guidance on positioning modification and internal process improvement.
• Specify product and market requirements for current and future products by conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, supported by on-going customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the Apparel industry, or for a manufacturing company.
• Exceptional cross functional communication skills and ability to listen to voice of customer.
• Positive and open minded, proactive, flexible and adapt to changes. Drive action & execution base on results.
• Experience with project management best practices.
• Strong Excel capabilities or other database platforms.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Apparel industry.
• Understanding of product development process.
• This position requires up to 20% of time traveling.
