Key Responsibilities

• Monitor merchandising teams and QA to measure and evaluate all the sampes and to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Independently follow up all aspects of overseas customers' products and requests from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production
• Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smoothly and meeting deadline
• Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories. 
• Achieve the sales target and other KPIs
• Work closely with other team members within the company / group

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Textile and Merchandising is preferable
• Solid merchandising experience in trading or buying office, at least 5 years' managerial experience especially in handling DOWN/CASUAL/ PADDED JACKETS plus WASHING experience
• Sound knowledge in US testing requirements, technical skills and know how in construction workmanship
• Mature, hard working, well organized, proactive, team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client’s requirements independently and effectively
• Good communication and presentation skills, both in written and oral English and Mandarin
• Strong leadership and project coordination
• Proficiency in using MS office, Outlook and internet
