Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize and implement a systematic training program for management staff of PRC projects
- Provide and delivery the training program for management staff of Humansa Elderly Home
- Co-ordinate and work with internal department and business units
- Uplift the quality of training academy and enhance its provision of service to internal staff and external clients
- Monitor and maintain proper training records for all the training activities delivered
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 year’s relevant experience in elderly home or wealth industries with at least 5 years’ solid training experience
- Sound knowledge of PRC elderly home business
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Travel to China to conduct training is require occasionally
