Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead to develop and implement EU/US/China marketing strategies, plans, programs and promotion events to drive business result for various agriculture products.
• Identify and understand the drivers of an increasing and decreasing P&L.
• Maximize ROI of the farm and ensure to optimize sale growth of the agriculture products.
• Responsible for sourcing and distributing agriculture products; supporting farm general management.
• Partner with agencies/brokers in creation of brand positions, sales and communicating strategies.
• Build up strong relationship with key business partners to review and explore business potential.
• Monitor competitors and market trends closely and react accordingly.
• Fully leverage of data analysis and business insights to make strategic recommendation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Studies  or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with track record of project and marketing development delivery. Experience in international trade and agricultural products trading. Merchandising/ logistics background or fresh food trading an absolute advantage.
• Familiar with trading operations, government regulations and standards.
• Experience in market sizing, analyzing agreements, supply/demand etc.
• Ability to work in highly matrix organization, with experience to work with or even supervise marketing team in other regions.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills. 
• Strong analytical, presentation and quick problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS office application.
• Willing to travel.
