Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internally and externally for Ethical Sourcing related activities or other ad hoc project
Facilitate and coordinate training or seminar for vendor, factory, third party audit firm and internal team members.
Coordinate with third party audit firm on audit scheduling and report submission.
Follow up with vendor and factory to ensure timely completion of corrective action plan.
Maintain and distribute Ethical Sourcing Program documents.
Update and maintain audit activities and audit result in system.
Prepare periodic system report to Manager.
Handle invoice and administrative work for the team.
Ad Hoc project as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in third party audit firm and buying office.
Knowledge of social compliance audit.
Bachelor degree holder or equivalent.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
A good team player and able to work independently.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential.
Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
