Duties:

• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Directors, eg. arrange meetings and make travel arrangements.
• Prepare, format, edit legal documents under Group General Counsel’s instructions.
• Maintain legal database management system.
• Assist in daily office administration work under HR team’s supervision.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties for HR & Admin / Legal / Business Strategy team.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects whenever necessary.
• Ensure data integrity, create and maintain up-to-date record in system as well as filing system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years' working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Smart, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and a fast learner.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
