Job Description

Security Risk Management Role (75%)

To assist the Security Risk Management Service Line Lead – Greater China o by developing & executing tasks that are aligned with the global, regional & company's own risk consulting strategy:

 

a)        Executing client engagements in close cooperation with the SRM Service Line Lead – Greater China

b)       Conducting, Security Risk Vulnerability Risk Assessments of client properties such as residences, offices, working sites etc

c)        Capital Project Risk Management Support

d)       Updating Old or Creating New Crisis Management & Emergency Response Plans

e)        Produce reports in accordance with existing templates & standards

f)         Compiling Security Guard Force SOP’s & KPIs

g)       Developing Materials & Conducting Training to match Client & Project needs

h)       Conduct Socialization Briefings & Workshops in SRM Related Subjects

i)         Prepared to deploy Greater China wide & Regionally in support of SRM Projects

j)         Acting as Consultant & Security Advisor to Retained Clients

k)        Maintaining contacts & sourcing security-related information which benefits the company’s operations

l)         Assisting the SRM Line Leader in scheduling risk management work activities

m)      Marketing & Sales development as required, including acting as the Client Account Manager of a number of  major accounts as required

n)       Other tasks required by the company that fall within the purview of the post

o)       Undertake training as required to deliver services & meet the contractual safety requirement

p)       Update Salesforce to reflect prospects & clients activity

 

Marketing Role (25%)

a)        Engages with all  Service Line Leaders to understand their Marketing Needs

b)       Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary to match Client availability

c)        Answers questions from clients

d)       Makes product knowledge readily available to clients through various resources

e)        Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

f)         Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

g)       Creates an Annual Marketing Plan for;

  • gaining new clients
  • retaining existing clients
  • targeting new markets/services by innovation

h)       Analyzes the competition for market place awareness

i)         Makes products & services appealing to the target market

j)       Attends networking and marketing event opportunities

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  •          Experienced in SRM – ideally certified
  •          Prior risk consulting or risk management experience (5 to 8 years’ experience within a professional services environment)
  •          Proven Leadership & Managerial skills
  •          Poses a ‘current & active’ network of key Government Security personnel; Police & ICAC
  •          Prior case/project management & report writing experience
  •          Problem-solving & solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
  •          Proactive, with strong organizational skills & self-starter qualities also knowing when to seek line management advice
  •          Sound commercial knowledge & understanding of ‘doing business’ in complex environments
  •          Ability to Communicate & present to all levels
  •          Fluent  English; Mandarin
  •          Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks & prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  •          Strategizing, building capability to achieve the targets assigned to the division
  •          Experience of Marketing & Sales in support of a Greater China based company
