- Closely Support the Business
Our client is a market leading international corporate governance services provider, and they are looking for an experienced Lawyer to lead HK / China’s business’ Legal function.
Working closely with the Heads of Businesses, you will be primarily responsible for the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of contracts with clients to ensure the firm can conduct existing and new businesses, and thus achieve revenue targets.
Ideally, you are a qualified lawyer with 10 years or more PQE. You should have experience in providing legal advice and drafted / negotiated agreements and contracts for various financial transactions. Exposure to PRC law will be highly regarded, and you must have strong English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) language skills.
