Job Description
職責：
- 負責督導物業管理及客戶服務工作
- 編配屬下員工之工作與當值時間
- 培訓﹑監督及評核屬下員工，確保其工作表現達標
- 監察及指揮控制中心運作
- 處理客戶查詢及投訴
- 巡邏及記錄場內設施情況
要求：
- 中五或以上程度
- 具三年或以上物業管理或保安督導工作經驗
- 具服務行業或文書工作經驗更佳
- 具領導能力及團隊精神
- 良好中英文溝通能力
- 具良好服務態度
- 持「保安人員許可證」及「認可保安訓練課程證書」優先考慮
- 需穿制服及輪班工作
