Our client is a well-known property developer in Hong Kong, a listed company.  They are now looking for an experienced QA manager to join their team.

Responsibilities工作職責:

• Lead a team to handover properties to the customers
• Check carefully to make sure all properties are in good condition
• Work together with various team to ensure the handover schedule is on time
• Communicate with customers to handle complaints

Requirements 工作要求:

• Degree holder or above
• 7+ years experiences in managerial grade
• Experience in entire handover process of new developments, including defect amendment and understanding customers’ feedback
• Excellent client facing skills in increasing customer satisfaction rate
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
