Job Duties:

• Handle daily property management of a portfolio of buildings
• Oversee property maintenance, cleaning and customer services
• Provide customer services support to the assigned properties
• Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners / Management Committee
• Handle inquiries and complaints of residents
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above, preferably with certificate in Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in property management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
