Job Description
- Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, assist property manager to monitor daily property management issues
- Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
- Less than 4 years' relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
- Well versed in BMO and DMC
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
- Working location: Hong Kong South District / Central / Kowloon Tong
