Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop sales strategies to ensure achievement of company goals, identify opportunities for growth in business and channel expansion.
- Formulate and execute promotional programs and sales activities to drive business results, review and evaluate sales performance and effectiveness
- Build and maintain effective business relationship with key accounts
- Work closely with trade marketing and merchandising team for implementing trade promotion activities
- Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report, and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 2-3 years key account management experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in managing Japanese department stores is an advantage
- Solid connections and relationship with key chains
- Self-motivated, team-player, aggressive and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with analytical mind
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
