Responsibilities: 

• Plan and develop sales strategies to ensure achievement of company goals, identify opportunities for growth in business and channel expansion.
• Formulate and execute promotional programs and sales activities to drive business results, review and evaluate sales performance and effectiveness
• Build and maintain effective business relationship with key accounts
• Work closely with trade marketing and merchandising team for implementing trade promotion activities
• Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report, and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements: 

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 2-3 years key account management experience in FMCG industry
• Experience in managing Japanese department stores is an advantage
• Solid connections and relationship with key chains
• Self-motivated, team-player, aggressive and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with analytical mind
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
