Job Description
Established in Europe and expanded business footprints in Asia more than decades, the company is a leading fashionable consumer brand. Due to the recent business expansion, the top management is now looking for a Merchandise Planning Manager based in Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Merchandising and Planning Director
- Prepare OTB’s, creation of sales forecast for all APAC markets
- Optimize product offers and regulation of stocks
- Manage merchandising planning and buying for different categories
- Coordinate with different teams for planning the best offer product assortment and implementing sales forecast based on OTB.
- Attend buying trips for brands
- Monitor Inventory, Shipment Control, Sales Analysis, trend analysis by regions and customers
- Calculate product mix, style productivity, end-of-line products and inventory budget in order to propose actionable solutions plan
- Partner with commercial and supply chain/ logistic teams to ensure timely flow of merchandise allocation
- Evaluate ordering process; product assortment; Re-pricing and Promotion for increase sales
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration. Fashion Merchandising Planning,
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in retail and wholesale industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in numbers, attentive to details
