Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and drive potential new business and expand supplier network
• Following up the ad hoc project
• Coach factories and elevate their understanding of customer needs to ensure that the service and product standards conform to customer requirements
• Works with various parties to resolve critical issues arising from sales, merchandising, production workflow, products & trims quality, shipment delivery in order to secure smooth production and timely delivery.

• Mini. 8 years solid merchandising in bags & sundries , product development & order management experience 
• (Fashion handbag is more preferable)
• Pleasant, mature, passion to work, positive and confidence on career life
• Be collaborative and have ability to work in demanding and challenging environment
• Highly organized and effective communication skills, with strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and frequent travel to China
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must
• Good communication, tactical & strategic thinking
• Have knowledge on different materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser 

(No solid experience in bags will not be considered)
