Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as a Company Ambassador to foster and strengthen the cordial partnership relations between the Company and the Members

Provides and maintain quality and professional services to members by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas member, giving correct advice and assistance to members.

Process all kind of local and international orders from Members.

Assist supervisor to resolve member’s complaints.

Support all company other related activities (including various Company’s functions and sales events)

Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team from time to time

Qualifications:
1-2 years’ working experience as customer service 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing
Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to be flexible in working hours and expected to work overtime as well as non-working day
