Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the forwarder, vendors and customers
- Handling enquiries and resolve problems with clients and supplies
- Work with China team to monitor the shipment and production schedule
- Handling full set of I/E, L/C and bank documents
- Experience in handle US customers shipment
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 4 years solid experience in toys buying office
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Self-motivated, well organized, initiative, able to work independently, under pressure and willing to work overtime
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Willing to travel Shenzhen office weekly
