Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform business development by identifying new opportunities with the potential clients and actively introduce the recruitment services to them
- Provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to employers and candidates respectively
- Drive the recruitment process for the clients by actively sourcing talents
- Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources
- Provide excellent customer services throughout the whole recruitment process
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline with 1-2 years of working experiences, preferably in recruitment / sales and business development. Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior role.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Self -driven and able to work under pressure
- Speak fluent Cantonese and English; Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
