Job Description
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Diploma holder
- 3-4 years working experience in sales order coordination
- Previous experience in packaging or artwork follow up is preferable
- Responsible, well-organized, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Handle orders coordination and packaging issues with suppliers
- Work closely with printing companies, customers and internal parties
- Responsible for preparing quotation, job sheet and delivery documents
- Follow up artwork and packaging issues to ensure daily smooth operation
