Responsibilities:

• Monitor the delivery to ship out on time
• Daily email communication with different parties, e.g. internal departments, customers, forwarders etc.
• Work independent and know how to solve the routine issues
• Well knowledge on handling the L/C banking documents
• Assist Dongguan colleagues to work effectively and efficiently 

 
Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• Above 3 years in shipping/ logistics field
• Good communication skill and strong responsibilities 
• Basic computer knowledge 
• Well understanding in factory operation is preferable 
• Good English and simple Mandarin
