Job Description

Job Requirements :

Form 5 or above
At least 3 years in shipping working experience
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English,
Positive work attitude, able to work under pressure & independently
Computer knowledge on Microsoft Words, Excel, and Outlook is required.
To provide administration support to Sales team
Self-motivated, independent, mature, responsible and detail-minded
Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities :

Handling full set I/E documents / Shipping procedures and L/C document and operation
Follow up shipment schedule and arrangement
Import &Export Declaration (HK & CHINA)
Contact local and oversea forwarder/shipping line/Airlines
To assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
