Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on site stock audit for our Retail Shops
• Verify and impose control to 'Stock Interchange Report' between Company systems
• Generate daily report  to sales channels; extract stock reports from Company systems/ portal daily and keep good inventory
• Conduct monthly reconciliation on inventory system report on all stock items to ensure stock accuracy between and perform necessary adjustment
• Assist manager/ supervisor in daily operations and other ad hoc tasks in order to provide the best service to both internal and external customers

Requirement:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
• Possess the know-how of warehouse management and stock take is preferred
• Has good knowledge in PC applications such as MS Excel etc.
• Good command in Chinese & English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, stable and well-organized person is preferred
• Self-motivated, committed and able to work under pressure independently
• Attentive to details, quality-oriented, and able to execute tasks in a timely and accurate manner
