The LF Logistics Management Trainee Program is giving your career journey the best start! It provides a good opportunity for graduates with high potential to become our future leaders. As an LF Logistics management trainee, you will be participating in an intensive 18-month program. In addition to on-the-job learning, our structured development program consists of management mentoring, corporate training, special projects and engagements with our senior leadership team, to mold and enrich your overall personal and professional development. We are searching for graduates who:

• Are Bachelor’s Degree or above holders, preferably with major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operational Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Studies
• Have previous experience in internship or international exchange programs is desirable
• Are fresh graduates, or have up to 1 year of working experience
• Are passionate in pursuing career in Supply Chain and Logistics industry
• Are a quick learner with high learning agility and flexibility
• Are innovative, independent, energetic and a great team player
• Have excellent command of spoken & written local language and English
