JOB DUTIES

• Coordinate with the different merchandising teams to determine the shipping planning
• Contact the different forwarders to get quotations and shipping schedules
• Arrange shipment bookings with forwarders and liaise with factories to ensure the smoothness of delivery and shipment
• Handle the full set of shipping documents: packing list, shipping invoice, B/L, C/O, delivery bill.
• Contact with laboratories to inquire about testing and regulations for our productions.
• Launch tests when necessary in conjonction with the merchandisers

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistic department
• Familiar with logistics practices in Europe & Middle East is an advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated and independent
• Able to handle multiple projects in parallel, to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Detail minded, flexible and enthusiastic
• Good team player
