Job Responsibilities

• Solid working experience in handling electronic components;
• Handle day to day logistics operations and workflow include good receiving, order handling, shipping document processing, inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock level and posting in system (e.g. good receipt, stock transfer, adjustment, reconciliation) and documentation flow;
• Ensure all product is appropriately located and stored and that electronic stock locations are accurately updated and maintained in system;
• Assist with inventory stock taking when required;
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for order processing;
• Support and assist in ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Certificate or above in any discipline;
• Solid working experience with electrical/electronic components in warehouse;
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill, well organized and analytically skills;
• Be responsible and hard working;
• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office, preferably have experience in ERP system;
• Relevant experience of procurement would be advantage
