Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of a UK company
• Liaise with auditors and tax representatives on audit and tax issues
• Prepare monthly bank and inter-company reconciliations, analysis reports
• Inventory costing calculation review and analysis
• Manage daily payments and receipts, monthly payroll
• Laise with UK colleagues for inventory count on a regular basis
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or University degree in a related discipline
• Mimimum 5 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in a trading company
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in PC skills including, Word, Excel, etc.
• Attention to detail, well-organized, team player, responsible and independent
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Immediately Available is preferred
