What you’ll be doing:

• Take care of our daily AR / AP transactions and bank account reconciliation for Group entities, including international subsidiaries
• Assist in handling daily accounting tasks and data input as well as full set of accounting functions
• Assist in designing and implementing automated solutions to create scalable accounting processes
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and maintaining financial models
• Liaise with the auditors in the annual audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Group

We’re looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline, preferably from a Hong Kong or UK university
• At least 2 to 3 years in accounting experience; prior experience in fintech or tech industry is preferred but not essential
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and preferably also UK accounting standards
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Excel
• High adaptability, strong sense of urgency, enjoy working in a fast-growing environment
• Proactive, passionate and detail-minded
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, and preferably also Cantonese and Mandarin
