Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Data entry into accounting system, documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports in monthly basis
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Prepare audit reports for year-end reporting
• Prepare daily tracking reports of equipment
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
• Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports
• Assist Financial Controller with all aspects of the department as needed to complete ad-hoc projects, month-end and year-end reports, and coordinating internal and external audit requests
• Performs other duties as assigned

Personal Specifications

• The successful candidate will speak fluent English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being useful but not essential
• Gaming/Casino related experience 
• The ability to write (Type) in these languages is essential
• You should be Proficient in Excel and be educated to degree level in Maths, Finance, Accounting or a related degree
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Deadline-Oriented
• 3-5 years of related work experience in accounting field
