Job Description
Introduction
Kam Cheong Electrical Co. Ltd is a growing company mainly supplying of equipment and components for electric and electrical works. The products’ brand includes Schneider, Legrand, MK, ABB, Philips, 3M, Prysmian, Draka, Panasonic, KDK …etc. Our customers are mainly in building services, electrical installation and maintenance. For our continuous growth and development, a computerized system, logistic team and owned warehouse have been setup. Our short-term goal is to strengthen ability of sales and marketing and diversification of products.
Job Duties
- Assist in handling full set of Accounts & Bookkeeping for financial and audit purpose
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Prepare Monthly Financial Report
- Daily Administrative and Human Resource duties
- Assist in handling online inquiry
Requirement
- Form 5 or above
- LCCI Level 2 or higher
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese and English Typing
- With experience of Mastersoft (商靈) system is preferable
- Fluent in Cantonese, Well Communication Skill
- Good in Chinese reading and writing
- Fair in English reading and writing
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Immediate available is a plus
Working Location
- Wanchai (Near MTR Station)

- 5.5 days
- 0845 to 1745

- 12K-18K

- 製作月結財務報表
- 處理日常行政及人事工作
- 協助處理客戶網上查詢
求職者要求
- 中五畢業或以上
- 俱備LCCI 二級或以上文憑
- 熟識中文輸入及微軟文書軟件
- 俱使用商靈(Mastersoft)會計系統經驗為佳
- 流利粵語,良好溝通技考
- 能讀寫中文及簡單英文
- 歡迎應屆畢業生應徵
