Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, your duties include but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Carry out routine account duties include invoice and payment process, intercompany reconciliation
  
• Responsible for the data entry, update and records maintenance in the ERP system
• Manage and monitoring of cash balances and banking system
• Manage AP/AR balances
• Support monthly financial accounts closings and management reporting
• Contribute to the annual financial statements (social & consolidate accounts)
• Prepare the monthly treasury reports: Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges
• Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD
• Cooperate and coordinate with auditors (external & internal)
• Maintain and update internal procedures, participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedure and risk management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Relevant work experience in Retail/FMCG industry for minimum 10 years
• Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, well-organised and can work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel; experience in Dynamix AX and HFM a plus
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• Less experienced candidate can be considered as Assistant Accountant
