Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting and serving guests, handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, faxes and deliveries
- Manage conference room booking and ensure tidiness of the reception area, conference rooms and pantry areas
- Support daily office administrative and maintenance work
- Ad hoc duties as required by Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years working experience in office reception / administrative functions
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent telephone manner with proactive attitude and team-working spirit
- Cheerful and presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
