Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database system
• Provide clerical and all-round administration support to the team
• Retrieve files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

 Requirements:

• DSE or equivalent
• 1-2 years of clerical experience
• Good team player, responsible and willing to learn
• Detail-minded, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred
