Job Duties:

• Work with HR team and external vendor for HRIS migration process
• Develop and maintain the project implementation plan, prioritize project tasks, manage project progress and deliverables of system vendor and maintain project documentation
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and the quality is in compliance with company standard and regulatory requirements
• Manage the communication with internal stakeholders and system vendor throughout the project
• Define user requirements, validation criteria and list out functional specifications
• Define the user acceptance plan and perform tests with the system vendor
• Coordinate the setup of testing environment, develop and execute the test plans with end users and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate the development of training materials and provision of user trainings

Requirements:

• Bachelor-degree in any discipline preferably with HR qualification
• Minimum 3 years of solid work experience with HRIS implementation or payroll processing
• Familiar with Labour Ordinance and statutory requirements on tax obligations of employer
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage high volume of sensitive data
• Attention to details, organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is an added advantage
