Job Description

Requirements:

To fulfil the post, candidate should have the following:

  1. Degree or above; prefer in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  2. A minimum of 3 years of MLM experience and in the capacity as senior management for minimum 5 years in sizable companies. Experience in new company (China Market) set up is definitely an asset;
  3. Self-starter with detail minded and cost conscious individual; confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making;
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills and also a good team player;
  5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
  6. Station in Hong Kong and occasional travel to China

 Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Hong Kong and China Market Operations
  2. Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; and oversee all financial, project/program, and accounting.
  3. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the Finance
  4. Support Committee of the Board of Directors; assess any changes necessary.
  5. Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager and Senior Management.
  6. Update and Implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
  7. Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters and risks to the Country Sales Manager and Senior Management
  8. Further develop human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training, and recruiting.
  9. Work closely and transparently with all external partners.
  10. Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations
  11. Oversee all customer support and marketing efforts.
  12. Oversee Supply Chain logistics, including government regulations, customs and importation of products
