Job Description
Your core responsibilities:

Process and verify share transfers, shareholder amendments and other transactions related to corporate actions

Maintain share registry database
We want to hear from you if you are:

Degree holder, at least 1 year working experience
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to meet tight schedule
- Working location: Kowloon Bay
