Job Description
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the incumbent is to assist in the leasing, daily operation and management of luxury residential properties within the portfolio, research and analysis of client’s needs and market. Other duties include administering and coordinating fit-out and maintenance projects, preparing monthly reports, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, and handling inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in property and leasing management of luxury residential properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality, cheerful and positive attitude
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
