Responsibilities:

• Maintain company filing system and office facilities;
• Perform general administrative support and outdoor duties;
• Operate office equipment and other routine administrative functions;
• Maintain appropriate supplies for office equipment;
• Perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above;
• Proficient in PC application (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing);
• Polite, eager to learn, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently;
• Holder of valid HK driving license is preferable;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
