Job Description
This is a newly created position and covers Asia Pacific countries. As the Regional Assistant C&B Manager, you will handle end to end C&B projects to cope with the growth of their Asia business.
About the job
- Directly report to Head of C&B, Asia
- Perform Asia compensation analysis, remuneration design, job evaluation, and salary bench-marking for the organisation
- Manage C&B annual exercises such as salary review, bonus exercise, annual budget, and policy review.
- Ensure all policies and process are effective and in compliance with local law and regulations
- Work with external consultants and seek for advice on compensation and benefits initiatives
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports to Management
About the person
- Degree holder or above in HR Management or other professional disciplinary
- Minimum 10 years of C&B experience from sizeable platforms
- Solid end to end project experience
- Strong numerical sense and analytic skill
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
