Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing project from inception to handover including overall project planning, review of drawings, monitoring progress and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Member of HKIE or equivalent
• Min. 10 years of post-qualification experience in property development / project management 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC skill is required
