Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property and office leasing management.
• Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH preferred
• Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and other related laws and regulations preferred
• Creative thinking, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong PC skill on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

To assist in leasing activities of the Company, including planning, and implementation of leasing tasks, tenants and clients liaison, daily operation and management of properties within the portfolio. Coordinate in takeover and handover of premises. Other duties include coordinating fit-out and maintenance projects, maintaining excellent rapport with Tenants, and handling inquiries and complaints.
