Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations of the administrative department and staff members;
• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained;
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings and conferences;
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals;
• Handle other office work as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field ;
• 3-4 years’ experience in Administration work, preferable in Chinese brokerage firm ;
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines ;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is a must ;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Adaptable, pro-active and willing to learn;
• Proficient in using MS applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
