Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up internal / external enquirers and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Leading customer services team to provide professional customer services and solve capabilities to clients
- To be responsible for new account opening and outsider broker account opening issue.
- To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
- To cooperate with RO on daily work
- To support the implementation on FATCA requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 5 year’s above relevant experience in securities firm or financial institution
- Licensed person under SFC in relevant regulated activities is preferable
- Ability to coach, train and develop junior CS Officer
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
- Strong MS applications and computer operation
