Job Description
This Management Trainee Program is a 12 months on-job professional training program in financial services sector. During the Program, trainees will be provided job rotation with the goal of developing a wide range of practical work experience and broadly understanding the financial industry in different business streams including Investment Banking, Research, Asset Management etc. Given the strong presence and network of Fosun Group, trainees not only gain in-depth knowledge of the core financial services functions, but also to the exposure to China market.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent self-motivation and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- IANG visa holder is welcome
