Job duties:

1. To perform leasing related works including new lettings, lease renewals negotiation, tenancy administration and management and property management related works including site inspection and coordinating premises takeover and handover for the Group’s properties.
2. To conduct regular market research and assist to develop leasing and marketing strategies for the Group.
3. Assist in preparing sales and leasing brochures.
4. Strengthen existing sales and leasing business plus explore potential business opportunities with new customers.
5. To handle sales related and all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior

Essential Requirements:

• Form 6 or above or Diploma in business or property related discipline
• At least 3 years or above experience in the field of sales, leasing or property management
• Holder of Estate Agent license is preferable
• Experience in handling corporate and retail sales or leasing is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing and Photoshop application.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, Self motivated, outgoing, team player and have good connections with property agencies.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Immediate available is preferred.
