Job Duties:

1. Manage and negotiate leasing matters and tenancy renewals of company’s properties
2. Coordinate and maintain good relationship with tenants, agents, government bodies, contractors and property management companies
3. Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential clients
4. Develop and implement strategies to promote leasing activities
5. Conduct marketing research, data analysis and compile regular reports to top management
6. Handle tenant complaint cases, follow up repairs and maintenance projects to provide win-win solution for the Company and Tenants and assist on property management matters as assigned
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
2. At least 3-5 years experience in retail leasing / property market, preferably gained from property developer / agency
3. Independent, proactive, strong business sense and market awareness, good analytical mind
4. Familiar with tenancy agreements, DMC and other related legal documents
5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an asset
7. Candidates who have more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
