Responsibilities:

• Ensure trades are booked accurately into the back office system, firm's books and records in a timely manner;
• Perform daily settlement of futures and options, commodities products and assist in sending / authenticating settlement instructions;
• Monitor and operate DCASS Online, CCASS CCMS and other relevant systems for performing the settlement tasks;
• Monitoring of trade exceptional cases and solve the settlement issues in a timely manner;
• Demonstrate a strong focus on controls and operational risk management and ensure escalation of
• issues on a timely manner;
• Ensure the margin requirement as required by the Exchange houses or brokers are fulfilled completely and successfully
• Showcase your attention to details by ensuring that contracts and confirmations accurately reflect the terms agreed;
• Providing exceptional client service by building strong relationships with front office and business management;
• Work on line initiatives and projects where required, participate in the ongoing development of the team's processes and procedures;
• Identifying areas for improvement on automation, risk reduction and controls.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent professional education;
• Minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience un futures and commodities settlement field;
• Experience in listed / OTC futures and / or non-equity options operations;
• Experience on DCASS online settlement for both futures and options;
• Experience on Global Equities and commodity futures settlement;
• Knowledge and experience on building Excel Macro will be a plus;
• Experience in system such as Next FSS, GMI and Kiodex will be a plus;
• Able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines;
• Team player and have good communication skills;
• Good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
