Job Description
職責：
- 處理客戶諮詢，建立、維護與客戶的良好關係；
- 就客戶需求提供意見及分析，為客戶提供個性化服務；
- 協助各部門完成所有公司開戶資料準備工作；
- 協助融資專案資料收集及記錄；
- 參與客戶會議，經紀人會議和各種投資會議/行業活動。
任職要求：
- 持工商管理、金融、會計、商業、經濟學科或同等學歷的學士學位；
- 具有香港證監會1、4號牌照資格者優先；
- 2年業內金融機構或經紀公司的股權、證券、配售的相關工作經驗者優先，亦歡迎剛大學畢業應徵者；
- 能夠提供客戶關係維護、專業服務，熟悉金融或互聯網是加分項；良好的團隊合作夥伴，良好的溝通和人際交往能力；檔案審閱及檔案管理能力；流利的書面和口語英語、廣東話和普通話。

Responsibilities:
- Handle Client's enquiries, establish and maintain good relationship with Clients.
- Provide analysis, advice and personalized services to satisfy Client's needs.
- Assist to prepare all Account opening related materials.
- Assist to collect and record information for financing projects.
- Participate in Client's meetings, broker's meetings an various investment conferences / industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics related disciplines.
- 2 years prior experience in Equities and Shares Placement in Financial Institution or Brokerage firm preferred; Candidates who have less experience or without prior related experience but with potentials will be considered for "Assistant" position.
- Candidates who have SFC Licence Type 1 and 4 would have an advantage.
- Candidates who are familiar with Finance and Internet industry and can provide good professional services to Clients would have an advantage.
- Organized and detailed oriented with good file review and file management capabilities.
- Good team work spirit.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
