Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
• Responsible for daily maintenance of local network system including Windows Servers, email system, Firewall, PCs, & other network equipment
• To oversee and perform necessary maintenance to support system availability, security and recoverability
• Maintain the inventory of hardware and software
• To install / main IT equipment, administer and provide support on workstations, servers and network systems
• Plan, coordinate and implement system, network maintenance and security measures.
• Maintain operational documents and perform appropriate procedures for problem and change management
• Implement IT polices enforcement
• Assist IT project management implementation and users training

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with solid experience in technical support role and system administration.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and Windows system/ network diagnostic skills
• Expertise in deployment and maintenance of PC hardware and software
• Experience in Windows 2008/ 2003 Server, Exchange/ Outlook and standard MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking, system backup solution, firewall and VPN
• Certificate holder in Microsoft Certifications MCITP is preferred
• Participate in IT infrastructure and ad-hoc projects
• A good team player, responsible, able to complete job assignment independently with minimum supervision and flexible to handle multiple tasks
